Trains, Trains & more Trains – 2008 is now past

Thanks to all who attended!

Attendees who completed web discount coupons or doorprize entries mostly came from Washington, however, we also had attendees from Alaska, California, Iowa, Idaho, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, British Columbia and even Newfoundland!

We had 58 vendors, 19 layouts, 2 educational displays and entertainment. Vendors came from Washington, Oregon, Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho and Utah.

We had a wonderful collection of historical equipment on hand, plus the Operation Lifesaver simulator. Clinics geared for beginner modelers taught how to build various aspects of a layout. Other clinics for intermediate and advanced modelers included electronics, animation, weathering, backboards, and prototypical information on logging and trains through Tacoma Station.
